The once-proud city-state of Ardoria now lies fractured.

Decades of political unrest, economic collapse, and growing inequality have torn society apart. What was once a thriving hub of trade and culture has become a battleground where power, survival, and control are the only currencies that matter.

On one side stands the Consortium – an alliance of old aristocratic families and powerful business elites. They have maintained their grip on the city through military force, strategic dominance, and relentless propaganda. For them, the war is about preserving order, structure, and their rightful claim to Ardoria’s future.

Opposing them is the Iron Banner – a movement born from the working class, the very heart and soul of the city. Forged in hardship and driven by the need for change, they fight not just for territory, but for justice, freedom, and the right to shape their own destiny.

The Conflict
The streets of Ardoria have become a warzone.

Abandoned industrial districts, crumbling housing blocks, and former trade zones now serve as strategic strongholds, constantly contested by both sides. Frontlines shift without warning, and no position remains secure for long.

Caught in the middle are the civilians – struggling to survive in the shadow of war.

But where some see devastation, others see opportunity.

Mercenaries, contractors, and independent operators – known collectively as Free Agents – have flooded into Ardoria. For them, the conflict is more than survival. It is a chance to gain power, influence, and profit in a city where the rules no longer apply.
